TELMATIK NETWORKS INC. PRIVACY POLICY

1.INTRODUCTION


Telmatik understands that protecting your private information is important. Protecting confidential information is an important part of our policies. This document constitutes the Telmatik Networks Inc. Privacy Policy (also referred to as “policy” or “Telmatik’s policy”) which is aimed at responsible, transparent practices that will ensure the safety of any and all information collected and transmitted.

Telmatik Networks Inc. (”Telmatik”) is responsible for all information submitted concerning an individual, identifiable by name, title, address, phone number, all attainable through directory assistance. The personal information includes, for example, credit information, billing receipts, account information, and any complaints lodged by the client. 3.ENDING OUR ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you become a client of Telmatik, the private information you divulge allows us to offer you products and services adapted to your needs. We only ask for the information necessary in operating our products and services. You may at any time choose not to provide us with your private information. If you do chose to refrain from allowing us access to certain private information, we (Telmatik) may not be able to provide you with the products, services or information that you may have requested. Other then when authorized by the law, Telmatik will not use any personal information already accessible to us without your proper consent.

4.CONSENT FOR THE RECEPTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION


Telmatik requires that the person who previously disclosed personal information consents to the use or transmission of such information. There are several ways you can provide your consent. Telmatik considers consent as the following actions : by receiving this Policy, you give your tacit consent, unless you are giving us notice of your consent’s withdrawal; you give your tacit consent when you provide Telmatik with information on a voluntary basis; you explicitly give your consent when you make a written, verbal or electronic request for a service. Under specific circumstances, for example in case of emergency, when someone’s life, health or security is threatened, Telmatik can collect, use or communicate personal information without the concerned person knowing and without his or her consent. Any person for whom Telmatik holds personal information can withdraw their consent at any time, but will be subject to law and contract restrictions and must give a reasonable notice. This however could prevent us from providing you with the required product or service. If you wish to withdraw your consent, start by contacting Telmatik, in order to understand the consequences of this withdrawal.

5.LIMITATIONS OF THE RECEPTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Telmatik receives personal information from the person in question, but on occasion we do receive information in other ways, other then as defined by law.

6.LIMITATIONS OF USE, OF THE TRANSMISSION AS WELL AS THE CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Telmatik conserves the personal information only for as long as it is necessary, by determined by law. Personal information is then destroyed, erased or depersonalized. Under no circumstance do we sell our client information. Neither do we transmit any of our client information to organizations, including our affiliates, except when given consent.

7.VALIDITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Telmatik takes reasonable measures to assure that the personal information attained is valid and up-to-date. All personal information that is attained by Telmatik can be contested if it is believed the information is inexact, appropriate changes can be made.

8.SECUIRTY MEASURES

Only Telmatik employees whom are required to navigate personal information to perform their job tasks will have access to personal information. All Telmatik employees are contractually obligated to respect the confidential nature of personal information. Telmatik protects the personal information by taking the security steps needed to ensure sensible precautions. These measures protect the personal information no matter the form they take. When you communicate with Telmatik over the internet or when you pass a transaction over a Telmatik site, we want you to feel safe and secure, as well as confident that when using our site, the information is handled professionally. Telmatik does everything possible to protect the personal information that is transmitted over the internet. We urge our partners to do the same.

9.TRANSPERENCY OF PRACTICES AND POLICIES

Telmatik occasionally sends out information in order to provide clients a better understanding of their rights concerning personal information. Telmatik encourages employees to be vigilant and to point out any situations that seem incompatible to our privacy policies.


10.ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION

Subject to exceptions authorized by law, Telmatik informs every concerned person who requires it , of any existence of personal information, the use we make of it and its communication to any third party. Subject to exceptions authorized by law, upon request, Telmatik allows the concerned person to consult the personal information we have on file. Personal information is submitted in a comprehensive way, at a reasonable delay and a minimal or no cost, for the person it concerns. In order to insure the protection of personal information, one may be asked to prove his or her identity, so that Telmatik can authorize ones access to his or her own file.


11.COMPLAINT REGARDING A BREACH OF THESE PRINCIPLES

All people concerned can complain regarding a breach of the principles outlined by this policy by communicating with the Telmatik employee responsible. Telmatik will then look into any complaints made regarding these policies. If a complaint is found to be well grounded, Telmatik will follow appropriate measures, which may or may not include modifying the policy and its practices when needed. The person concerned will then be informed of the result of his or her complaint. If we do not answer your questions or handle your complaint in a satisfactory way, you can address your concerns to the appropriate authorities as defined by the Law.
